*Important Notes:

1. The authors should make the registration after receiving the acceptance letter of your paper after peer review before the registration deadline, so that your accepted paper can be included in the conference proceedings to publish.

2. If the full paper exceeds 6 pages (Word Template / Latex Template), then additional page fee will be charged: 50USD/Page.

3. Registration fee includes: 1. conference materials; 2. attending the conference, including all technical sessions; 3. lunch, dinner and coffee break on March 27, 2027; 4. full paper publication; 5. electronic version of conference proceeding; 6. invoice or receipt of registration fees.

4. At least one author of your paper is expected to attend the conference to make oral presentation or poster presentation, which is required by the publisher.

5. All of the authors of your paper can attend the conference for free, but only one author is permitted to do the presentation. If more than one author will attend the conference, then more than one registration forms should be submitted.

6. Please be noted that visa application fees, accommodation and transportation fees are not included in the registration fees.
